Exchange and Shipping Policy

Most of our products are handcrafted by traditional artisans and craftsmen resulting in each product being slightly different from the other. We make sure all our pieces go through appropriate and adequate quality control before they are shipped. Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. Please return them in exactly the way in which they were received (with original packaging).

Exchange

1. Inform us within 3 days of receipt of order. Email – [email protected]
2. Send a photograph of the product. It is at the discretion of our team at Beetroute Design Studio to approve the product for exchange.
3. Once the product has been approved for exchange, you may courier it to us.
4. The item/s will be replaced free of charge ONLY if the shipment is received in original packaging.
5. Please note the final decision on return and exchange will be at the discretion of Beetroute Design Studio.
6. We do not have a Refund Policy and we will not process any refunds.

Shipping

We provide NATIONWIDE delivery. Shipping charges are applicable as per the order weight. Normally, it takes 7 days for the shipment to reach your doorstep. It may take longer in case we have to deliver to remote locations.
